Requirements

  • 2+ years of Leadership experience, Sales Team preferred
  • Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting business data/reports
  • Ability to perform business mathematics
  • Ability to coach, support, sales initiatives, and training
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, agents, and customers
  • Ability to use telephone, computer, and other required technology
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Leads with the development of performance standards, measurements, and corrective devices through which approved plans and goals are accomplished within the sales organization
  • Assist the Director of Business Development and the Residential Sales Team with various sales, data entry, and activities
  • Conducts initial and ongoing training of Sales team members, conducts evaluations and coaching, and conducts side-by-side visits to assist with development
  • Holds accountability sessions with Sales team members regarding KPI performance
  • Facilitate the preparation of reports for leadership strategy meetings, ensuring data accuracy and relevance to support decision-making
  • Assesses, evaluates, and puts programs into place to increase the quality of calls
  • Analyzes and assesses training needs to identify gaps and recommend skill-gap training solutions; consults with management to ensure that training programs are current and aligned with business needs and goals.
  • Monitors and ensures proper use of sales materials and tools, and overall compliance.
  • Executes activities to reach productivity and quality objectives
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies
