Requirements

• College engineering or technology degree preferred, or significant industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD applications, with the ability to interpret mechanical or engineering diagrams/specifications.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Exhibit a strong desire to provide exceptional service and support to customers.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical knowledge to sell and promote our products, systems, and services.
• Work closely with production engineering to tailor products or services to meet customer needs.
• Provide training, guidance, and responsive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
