About The Position

You will be set up for success with our hands-on training and a guaranteed bonus of $1000 per month for the first 90 days. Position Summary The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales, increasing billed revenue, and new patients/customers. Continuity between the patients, clinics, community, physician practice, and the home setting to maximize patient satisfaction with services is key to the success of this position. The focus will be on obtaining, processing, and completing orders accurately and timely to ensure patient needs are met.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate Degree from an accredited college is preferred
- One (1) year work related in health care, administrative, insurance, customer services, or management regardless of industry
- B2B or B2C Sales preferred
- Ability to present, sell, and close customer transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Effectively working through a high volume of inbound/outbound calls using our existing patient base.
- Obtains all required information from patients to ensure complete, accurate, and timely processing of supply orders.
