Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Success, preferably within industrial B2B environments involving capital equipment, engineered systems, or technical solutions
  • Proven success in building customer relationships and driving aftermarket/service sales
  • Experience working in ERP systems and CRM platforms
  • Proven ability to sell service agreements, spare parts, and value-added aftermarket solutions
  • Strong customer service mindset and orientation with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Good interpersonal skills and decision making ability
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills; manage multiple opportunities, quotes, and follow-ups efficiently; avid CRM user
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; can convey value clearly and confidently via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail, Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Performs Customer Onboarding; educates customers on maintenance best practices, and Nederman's aftermarket value proposition
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and spare parts packages.
  • Proactively generate quotes (for spare parts, inspections, troubleshooting services, and minor repairs) follow up on proposals, and close service-related sales opportunities.
  • Track install base data, identify service revenue opportunities and develop outreach strategies.
  • Assist in the new customer setup process, and ensure functional objects are properly entered into IFS (ERP), on an as-needed basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of account details, customer interactions, opportunities, and service agreements in CRM systems, and continuously update install base directory with the most recent information.
  • Collaborate with the service operations team to coordinate schedules and deliverables for contract execution.
  • Leverage customer data and analytics to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Qualify and manage aftermarket sales leads and web inquiries.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for continuous improvement in aftermarket offerings
