About The Position

RJ Young is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound sales opportunities. This role supports our sales team by qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and helping drive revenue growth through excellent customer interaction and follow-up. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in our sales process by engaging with prospects at the earliest stages. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, perform outbound outreach, and ensure qualified leads are delivered to our Account Executives with accurate and thorough information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in similar sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls, web leads, emails, and live chats
  • Perform outbound calls and emails to qualify potential and existing customers
  • Research and gather detailed information on leads to support the sales team
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
  • Follow up with Account Executives to ensure timely lead handoff
  • Cold call prospects to help set appointments for the sales team
  • Confidently use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word
