About The Position

Provide sales efforts to incoming calls through the call center and with provided leads on a outbound call basis. Partner with Sales team to coordinate new business development and services for clients.

Requirements

  • 2 years of Customer Service and/or Retail Sales experience
  • 1 year of call center experience highly preferred
  • 6 months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Strong problem solving, follow up, organization and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English / Spanish is a plus
  • Solid organization skills
  • Data entry, keyboard skills and use of a 10-key calculator are required
  • Able to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a self-motivating environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers daily
  • Collaborate with others effectively encouraging team support

Responsibilities

  • Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Develops new leads by utilizing all available resources, including referrals, web and other electronic media
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to the customer
  • Review, monitor, and follow up on any assigned accounts as appropriate
  • Protect customer information by keeping all information confidential
  • Accurately document all calls and account information
  • Daily monitoring of all emails and requests for new business and services as it relates to our inbound call center and assigned SEO Programs if so directed
  • Professionally represent the company with professionally prepared email, reports, phone responses, and coordination
  • Research customers and SEO requests and propose appropriate products and services while consistently maintaining the integrity of the brand through professional interactions
  • Develop relationships by anticipating needs and providing solutions and guidance in relation to business opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training courses/programs, networking events, and regional conferences to stay atop industry trends and the most up to date information
  • Achieve assigned performance goals and objectives as set by management to grow parts business
  • Perform other assignments and duties as directed by supervisor
