Do we have your attention? Keep reading. As part of our Inside Sales team, you will help support our internal team, providing a premium customer experience. You demonstrate this through responsive ownership, your knowledge of customer needs and by processing orders accurately & efficiently. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years or more experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required

Nice To Haves

  • WebEx experience preferred
  • ERP system experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Exceeding customer expectations through accuracy and expediency
  • Provide a consistent customer experience through a thorough knowledge of processes and product lines
  • Increase your knowledge through training, both vendor supplied and internal
  • Oversee the entire order process, even cancellations
  • Pro-actively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns
  • Seek to fill orders as quickly as possible, evaluating options to ensure customer receive items when needed
  • Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistent customer attention
