About The Position
This position is responsible for working closely with Sales Leadership and Outside Sales Executives to ensure the timely and effective response to inbound sales inquiries, gathering initial customer needs, pre-qualifying, and assigning to the appropriate Outside Sales Executive. This role also includes quote generation, customer follow-up and collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to speed the sales cycle for all product lines. Finally, inbound sales has the responsibility and ability to sign 1-5 location retail and financial accounts for added sales bonuses. The Inside Sales Specialist will have knowledge and experience with CRM software.
