About The Position
We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team! This fully remote role offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to make an immediate impact by driving sales growth, strengthening relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with both distribution partners and end-user customers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, customer-focused, and well-versed in both distribution and direct sales models-ideally within industrial manufacturing. You'll play a key role in providing Des-Case's technical product solutions, helping customers improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and boost sustainability. This role also offers a clear path for career growth, with proven Inside Sales Specialists having the potential to advance into an Outside Sales position.
