About The Position

Exciting opportunity to join the CW-ESCO aftermarket / spares sales team responsible for leading proposal efforts for our Aircraft Arresting System product line in-service throughout the world. You will have a great opportunity to join a growing business unit for a proven emergency solution utilized by Air Forces across the world. ESCO offers a 4/40 work schedule (M – Thu) along with normal option of 5/40 schedule (M – Fri). This role is fully on-site at the Aston, PA facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems (Syteline would be preferred).
• Experience with US government contracts and sales would be beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Primary customer facing role for spare orders from initial RFQ phase through order entry, execution, delivery and project closure.
• Interface with Sales and Account managers to determine spares market pricing strategy in both competitive and non-competitive environments.
• Direct customer-facing position with international customers including Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
• Interface with Operations and Logistics team to monitor orders during procurement, assembly/build and delivery to the customer.
• Manage multiple international and domestic customer accounts.
