About The Position

The Inside Sales Site Developer Team at Quill is seeking motivated inside sellers who are confident, self-driven, and goal-oriented. In this role, you will collaborate with the account management team to engage with deeply inactive or prospective customer locations, aiming to drive reactivation and conversion. This hybrid position requires you to work onsite three days a week, allowing for a blend of in-person and remote work. As an Inside Sales Site Developer, you will be responsible for making daily calls to Quill customers who have not placed an order in over 13 months, as well as to prospect locations associated with managed customer entities. You will leverage order history and specialized customer offers to encourage reactivation and meet monthly quotas. Maintaining effective communication with customers and account managers is crucial, as you will need to articulate customer trends and suggest pricing solution enhancements. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales specialists to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies, including furniture, technology, and promotional opportunities. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is willing to adapt, and can think quickly on their feet.
