About The Position

The Inside Sales Specialist operates within MSCI’s Analytics Coverage organization, supporting the growth and retention of the Analytics and Private Capital Solutions business across the Insurance segment in North America. This team is responsable to drive revenue growth, expand client reach, and enhance client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field preferred; interest in CFA is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of client facing experience, preferably in financial markets or analytics technology.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of multi-asset (primarily Fixed Income and Private Assets) risk and portfolio analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution & Pipeline Support
  • Prospecting, opportunity tracking, pipeline management, pricing preparation, and coordination with account manager.
  • Prepare market analysis, competitive positioning, and insights to help drive segment strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with internal product, client service, and research teams to drive growth.
  • Client Engagement & Support
  • Support the Senior Analytics Sales Specialist in managing and executing sales opportunities across Insurance segment.
  • Participate in client meetings, prepare analytics materials, and help articulate MSCI’s value proposition around risk management, portfolio construction and private capital solutions.
  • Analytics & Product Expertise
  • Develop strong expertise across MSCI Analytics and Private Capital solutions,
  • Support RFPs, product evaluations, and client onboarding activities.
