About The Position

The Inside Sales Specialist – Collision Parts is responsible for supporting customer accounts by identifying, sourcing and selling automotive collision parts. This role provides accurate quotes, ensures timely order processing and delivers strong customer service to body shops, dealerships and collision centers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 years of inside sales, customer service or automotive parts experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Experience with automotive parts, including collision parts (required)
Experience using electronic parts catalogs, VIN lookup tools or similar systems (required)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

Identify and sell collision automotive parts including body panels, bumpers, fenders, hoods, lighting and mirrors
Provide accurate pricing, availability and product alternatives to customers
Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment
Build and maintain strong relationships with body shops, collision centers and dealerships
Utilize catalogs, VIN lookup and internal systems to identify correct parts
Resolve customer issues, discrepancies and returns in a professional and timely manner
Partner with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
Meet or exceed individual sales and service performance expectations
Understanding of aftermarket and OEM collision parts
Familiarity with collision repair terminology and processes
Ability to interpret customer needs based on damage descriptions or VIN
