River Run Computers Inc is seeking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to assist with the day-to-day activities of the Sales department. This role is crucial for supporting sales activities related to client management and ensuring smooth operations within the team. The candidate filling this position will have the opportunity to grow into various roles such as Account Executive, Services Manager, Product Manager, or Project Manager, providing a clear path for career advancement within the company. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of Managed Service Agreements, quoting products and labor, and conducting research to gather information necessary for client quotes, particularly for software license renewals and small projects. This role will also involve following up on proposals and agreements, collaborating with Client Service Leaders and Account Executives to close business deals effectively. In addition to these responsibilities, the ISR will manage the quoting queue and handle internal and external requests, assist with scheduling meetings, and maintain the CRM database, which includes client details and the status of quotes and tickets. The role will also require assisting the Director of Sales with various projects and tasks that provide a comprehensive understanding of business operations. Furthermore, the ISR will contribute to content for the River Run website, including the Tech Blog and Whitepapers, and assist with public relations programs such as tradeshows, seminars, and networking events. Attendance at client meetings may also be required as part of the role.
