Recreational Dealership Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our DX1 team. In this role, you'll partner with existing dealership customers to expand their use of DX1's solutions by upselling additional products and services. Your work will directly drive revenue growth while fostering long-term, consultative relationships with our clients.

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting
  • Educate dealerships on DX1's full suite of products and services
  • Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and set clear expectations
  • Consistently log activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Provide weekly updates to management on activity, pipeline health, and progress toward sales goals
  • Stay current on DX1's ancillary products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Strong sense of urgency with a positive, energetic, and results-driven attitude
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to high performance
  • Hybrid availability (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
