An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls (including video calls) per day, generating interest, qualifying inbound calls, prospects, contacting past and existing clients/customers and closing sales. Upselling and cross selling of additional products are key skills required to excel.

  • Be responsible for selling GloryBee products and value proposition.
  • Prospect new leads and make phone calls daily.
  • Identify solutions for clients and new business opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and grow business.
  • Be coachable and accountable.
  • Source new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to existing clients and new prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route specific qualified opportunities monthly to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Build pipeline and close deals.
  • Report on sales pipeline including progress and closing new business.
  • A great attitude and work ethic.
  • Persuasive and professional sales and negotiating skills.
  • Successful and proven inside sales experience, background and track record.
  • The ability to connect with people and create relationships over the phone.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • A college degree preferred. (Not required with previous sales experience.) High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics preferred or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics preferred or similar CRM.
