The Inside Sales Representative at Kingston Brass, Inc. plays a crucial role in driving leads and managing relationships with Trade Professionals. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless order processing experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and enhance their satisfaction with Kingston's products.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
- Assist with PRO Trade account applications and inquiries.
- Assist PRO Trade Professionals with placing orders through our website.
- Use CRM system to manage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
- Engage in lead generation efforts to grow leads in portfolio.
- Resolve troubleshooting questions related to quotes, product availability, and pricing.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in E-commerce or call center environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Office suites.
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Familiarity with retail math and e-commerce platforms.
- Typing speed of 45 words per minute or higher.
