Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. As a family-owned and operated home improvement company, we take pride in providing high-quality bathroom remodeling services to our customers in multiple markets throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas. This position does not involve cold calling; instead, you will be making outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our services. Top producers could earn $65K+ during their first 12 months! Remote work is available after 90 days, but candidates must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to customers who have requested information and are interested in getting a bathroom remodeled. Your goal is to qualify the customers, understand the project they are wanting done, and schedule a free in-home consultation. To succeed in this role, you must be familiar and comfortable selling over the phone using an auto dialer, managing a CRM, and performing data entry while maintaining efficient KPI metrics. The ideal candidate will be coachable and open to learning a systemized approach for setting appointments. You should be consistent in following scripting and training to ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, you must be able to type at least 35 words per minute and interact with customers while updating system information simultaneously. Eager to meet and exceed monthly demo goals is essential. Experience in the home improvement or home remodeling industry is ideal but not required.
