As an Inside Sales Representative at ADI Global Distribution, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of Commercial Pro AV products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct support in selling to existing customers while also identifying new selling opportunities. This position requires a blend of sales acumen and administrative skills, as you will be responsible for completing the necessary paperwork associated with the sales process. You will leverage your business knowledge to assess customer needs, thereby enhancing their buying experience. In this role, you will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvement and addressing any procedural or systemic issues that may arise. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally to provide sales support and utilize your expertise to coach junior members of the sales team. Generating leads by contacting prospective customers will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as will driving business growth by closing sales. You will need to have a solid understanding of Commercial Pro AV products, systems, and ADI's procedures to succeed in this position. This role is not eligible for US visa sponsorship, and you will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. You will follow up promptly on all new sales leads, articulate ADI's value propositions to both existing and new customers, and generate incremental sales growth through outbound calling efforts. Additionally, you will prepare and manage the monthly sales pipeline, develop strong partnerships with customers, and resolve any issues that may arise. Working effectively in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals will also be essential, along with handling special ad hoc projects as needed.
