About The Position

The role involves effectively managing the customer life-cycle and journey with Spear from initial inquiry to sale and ensuring a smooth transition to customer success. The candidate will be responsible for achieving the minimum required non-email communications weekly with the prospect pipeline and managing a personal outreach strategy to engage all prospects on a monthly basis. Utilizing CRM tools to manage the prospect pipeline and ensuring timely responses to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) submissions are critical aspects of the role. The candidate will also need to leverage published metrics to find efficiencies, measure effectiveness, and identify solutions to challenges, while achieving high accuracy on opportunity creation and meeting sales goals.
