About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative at Prince Industries plays a vital role in driving growth by managing customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or marketing preferred but not required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a sales role.
• Engineering background or experience in a manufacturing/machining environment is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and ability to learn the ERP system (Epicor).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and customers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in product management.
• Familiarity with sales strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales contact for contract manufacturing customers, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Review customer and part number margins, evaluate sales data, and manage the requote process to improve margins.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and VP of Sales & Marketing to develop effective sales strategies for existing customers.
• Perform regular and ad hoc data analyses using sales pivot tables and the ERP system (Epicor).
• Compile sales data by product line and analyze market and competitive data to understand customer needs.
• Participate in weekly Sales & Marketing meetings to improve knowledge of manufacturing processes.
