The position involves contacting businesses to set appointments for the outside sales team. The role requires utilizing a client database to track calls and make follow-up calls with the goal of creating opportunities to establish new accounts. The employee will generate interest in services through marketing campaigns, send emails and marketing materials to potential prospects, and meet attainable call and appointment goals. Additionally, the role includes accepting inbound calls to set and book appointments, following up with leads who missed appointments, qualifying leads to be transferred to closers, and providing exceptional customer communication to build strong customer relationships from the start. Maintaining accurate conversations, notes, and customer contact in the CRM is also a key responsibility.
