• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients seeking financial counseling and tax resolution assistance.
• Work closely with prospective clients to identify the root of their tax problems, qualifying them for American Tax Service's services, and enrolling them in the most suitable solutions.
• Serve as the initial point of contact in guiding clients toward relief from their tax issues.
• Engage with prospective clients via outbound or inbound telephone calls to understand their tax challenges.
• Assess prospective clients' tax issues using predetermined questions to pinpoint areas of liability.
• Determine the most appropriate service based on the client's tax situation.
• Facilitate the enrollment process by collecting and processing all necessary documents.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
