Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Understanding of the lighting, electrical, construction, or building products industries a plus
• Exceptional sales and relationship management skills
• Time management skills and an ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent phone and email communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Call and email old and current distributors to increase order volume
• Call and email agent partners relationships to coordinate and drive sales
• Record all activity in Salesforce CRM
• Achieve the assigned sales and profitability targets
• Provide excellent sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Product training and education
• Manage issues in conjunction with the appropriate Nova Flex staff members
• Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision
• Utilize Sales Force CRM to drive sales, manage, update, and maintain assigned accounts
• Follow up with customers on special requirements or requests
