About the position
The Inside Sales Representative at Allied Crawford Steel is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and developing strategies to meet those needs. This role focuses on customer engagement, sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service in a modern office environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Research and analyze customer needs and preferences.
- Learn and understand the products we sell and how they are utilized by our customer base.
- Provide customer service support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in sales or related field
