Is that the kind of team you want to be a part of? POSITION DESCRIPTION A Fastsigns Inside Sales Representative(ISR) is part sales guru, part customer service king. The ISR loves working with people, both customers and team members. The ISR is knowledgeable about the signs we make (don’t worry, we’ll help you learn this) so they can educate the customers, not just on price, but also on the best solution for their sign needs. A Fastsigns ISR is outgoing, driven, and independent. All others, need not apply.

Requirements

Organizing chaos into order is second nature to you.
Details and Multi-tasking don’t scare you, they invigorate you.
You communicate with precision and clarity, not just verbally, but also in writing.

Responsibilities

Guide the customers you work with through the entire purchase, whether they walk in through the front door, call on the phone, or send us an email.
Master our point of sales system. You create estimates and orders, and take payments.
Communicate with the Fastsigns Design and Production teams about the customer’s needs, requested changes, and deadlines.
