About The Position

Position Summary The inside sales representative Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in administrative support or customer service role.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using a variety of different technologies including multiple phone systems, online tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Independently seeks out information and training needed to perform responsibilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • HS Diploma.
  • 1 years experience with problem-solving and administrative support
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Nice To Haves

  • No certifications are required however having a Notary is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate information between operations, sales and service.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your territory.
  • Conduct yourself in the presence of customers to present the core values at BK Corrosion.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and other shipments and faxes.
  • Receive incoming telephone calls and in-person visitors, provides assistance, and directs them to the appropriate office or person.
