About The Position

Looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Rep who can turn inbound leads into booked appointments and closed deals. This is a fast-paced sales role with real earning potential - not a call center position.

Requirements

• Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to handle high call volume and multiple deals at once
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, web leads, and email inquiries
• Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for outside sales
• Support 4-5 sales reps with estimates, follow-ups, and deal flow
• Manage your pipeline (24-hour file checks, 72-hour follow-ups)
• Assist with virtual sales and closing deals
• Keep CRM organized and up to date
