About The Position

CapFront is a fast-growing financial services company helping small businesses across the country access the working capital they need to grow. Founded in 2017, we’ve built a reputation on integrity, speed, and results - providing data-driven funding solutions that empower business owners and fuel growth. Our team is expanding as we prepare to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art office in Melville this winter. We’re looking for motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representatives who want to build a career, not just a job. At CapFront, we provide a tech-enabled financing process and deep financial guidance to help small business owners reach their peak potential and continue to take market share in the competitive small business lending vertical. The demand for our services is growing, and so are we! We are looking for Account Executives who will play a critical role in helping small businesses as well as our company GROW! As an Inside Sales Representative at CapFront, you’ll connect with small business owners, understand their financing needs, and help them access customized funding solutions through our streamlined process. We’re looking for individuals who are coachable, confident on the phone, and hungry to succeed. If you have the drive to learn and the discipline to follow a proven sales process, we’ll teach you everything else.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Coachable and eager to learn sales skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and stay organized
  • Must be able to commute to our Long Island office (Melville)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to small business owners across the U.S.
  • Present CapFront’s financing options and explain the value of our programs
  • Manage a full sales pipeline - from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with team members and managers to hit daily and monthly goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
