About The Position

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role blends proactive sales outreach with precise order management. You will support existing customers through accurate order entry and account management while also driving revenue growth through strategic cold calling to both new and existing accounts. This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys balancing relationship building with measurable sales results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales or sales support experience
  • Experience with order entry and ERP/CRM systems
  • Strong outbound calling experience and comfort with cold outreach
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in ERP/CRM systems
  • Manage order modifications, returns, credits, and shipping coordination
  • Ensure pricing accuracy, product availability, and timely delivery
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for existing accounts
  • Maintain detailed customer records and sales activity documentation
  • Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and finance teams
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Re-engage dormant accounts and upsell existing customers
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote new products or programs
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for field sales when appropriate
  • Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to drive pipeline growth
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call and revenue targets
