Responsibilities

  • Sales & Closing Respond fast to inbound inquiries, qualify needs, recommend the right plan, quote accurately, and close into booked appointments/agreements. Use structured discovery + objection handling to win value-based sales (not discount-driven), including upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.
  • Lead Management & Follow-Up Own the pipeline end-to-end: quotes, missed calls/forms, no-shows, reschedules, and unconverted opportunities, until booked or closed out. Execute a consistent multi-touch follow-up cadence (call/text/email where applicable); outbound is targeted warm follow-up, not cold prospecting. Comprehensive tech stack to help you stay organized and close more deals.
  • Scheduling & Customer Coordination Schedule efficiently using service area, availability, and priority guidelines; set clear expectations on timing, prep, and next steps. Coordinate clean handoffs with ops/techs for special considerations (access, pets, urgency, prior history) and proactively reduce cancellations.
  • CRM & Sales Administration Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: complete notes, objections, next steps, outcomes, and accurate pipeline stages for real forecasting/reporting. Track daily activity and results via dashboards/scorecards (contacts, quotes, booked jobs, close rate, booked revenue).
  • Customer Retention Support Resolve inbound concerns tied to sales/scheduling, recover at-risk customers, and ensure quality of sale through accurate expectations and follow-through.
