About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work with clients who have already expressed interest in our products, helping them secure the tools they need to drive their business forward. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and prospects in CRM systems
  • Manage a sales pipeline by prioritizing leads and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
  • Educate customers on the value proposition, features, and benefits of the products/services
