As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll help drive user adoption of ShipStation for e-commerce shipping processing and automation. They are responsible for clear communication to prospective ShipStation users and will assist merchants throughout the trial process - showing ShipStation value, understanding their business objectives, and helping turn trial users into subscribers. ISRs will interact with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams, and will be customer advocates in regards to future product enhancements. Successful candidates will be comfortable making a high volume of phone calls to interested merchants, and can concisely show the value of ShipStation to their business. They will become product experts and will be enthusiastic about interacting with entrepreneurs and their growing businesses daily. The Inside Sales team is a growing team of Inside Sales representatives that help ecommerce sellers fulfill their products to their buyers using the most efficient and economical path. Inside Sales Representatives conduct demonstrations and manage opportunities in their pipelines. We are looking for driven folks with inside sales experience or someone looking to grow in their sales career to join our growing Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Representative position reports to our Inside Sales Manager.
