Yinlun TDI LLC is an ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certified manufacturer of heat exchangers and fluid cooling components for automotive, commercial truck, bus, and industrial markets. ________________________________________ Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Representative professional to support our Commercial Vehicle team. This role focuses on processing and tracking pre-production orders, managing invoicing matters, supporting customer setup processes, assisting with price adjustments, and providing sales reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and works collaboratively across departments to ensure operational accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support, sales operations, order processing, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a team-oriented setting
  • Basic understanding of pricing structures and sales trends in a B2B environment
  • Experience with CRM or order processing systems is a plus
  • Must be able to work on-site at the Houston headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Process and track pre-production orders including prototypes, tooling, and sample parts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor order status and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues or delays during the production process.
  • Ensure prototypes, tooling, and special orders are invoiced accurately and in coordination with Finance.
  • Assist the Account Manager in resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly sales analysis reports by customer and market segment.
  • Identify trends and communicate insights to Sales leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support new customer setup by processing required documentation and surveys.
  • Assist in obtaining supplier codes and completing system onboarding requirements.
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to price adjustments including materials, tariffs, and transportation surcharges.
  • Support Account Managers to ensure timely and accurate pricing updates.
