The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for customer engagement, relationship management, and driving entitlement growth for aftermarket parts. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, and communicating empathetically to understand operational challenges and aftermarket needs. The representative will develop and maintain long-term relationships with remote customers, utilizing sales playbooks and analytics to identify purchasing gaps and barriers to entitlement parts adoption. Key responsibilities include proactively engaging targeted customers, documenting root causes for lost wallet share, and executing customer-specific strategies to drive sustainable aftermarket growth. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with Aftermarket Account Managers, Sales, and Service teams to align customer recommendations with equipment requirements. Additionally, the role involves sales execution, accurately generating quotes and orders using CRM and ERP systems, applying basic mathematical skills for pricing, and ensuring timely follow-up. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and purchasing data, as well as adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, are also essential.
