Requirements

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in inside sales, call centers, or B2B (Agency/Car sales a plus!).
• Comfortable with rejection and bouncing back fast.
• Natural relationship builder.
• Familiar with financing options and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Call warm leads daily (no cold calling!). These are people ready to buy.
• Turn estimates into signed deals using confidence, empathy, and urgency.
• Help technicians and outside sales reps cross the finish line.
• Follow Up Like a Pro: Use phone, text, and email to reconnect whenever necessary.
• Ensure every customer leaves smiling.
• Track it all in ServiceTitan CRM.
• Ready to make 65+ calls per day?

• $85K–$125K+ per year! ($23–$25/hr + Uncapped Commission)
• Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 AM, 100% in-office. No weekends!
