Requirements

  • Must have experience in Lawn Care, Landscaping, Golf Course, Turf, or Pest Control to be considered

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned territory by cold calling, warm calling, requested estimates, and follow up with current clients via telephone
  • Work as directed to achieve sales goals and support team members
  • Offer all ExperiGreen services to all prospects/customers
  • Accurately measure and price all areas to be serviced
  • Explain the benefits and features of all ExperiGreen services and set realistic expectations
  • Knowledge and understanding of all turf types, weed types, growth habits, disease and cycles
  • Knowledge and understanding of proper cultural practices for lawns, trees, and shrubs
  • Always represent ExperiGreen in a professional and ethical manner
  • Generates additional sales revenue by cross-selling and up-selling to current customers
  • Prepares and develops an effective sales pitch to build customer relationships, reinforce value-added services, and answer potential questions to overcome resistance and objections
  • Quotes prices, negotiates with the customer and closes the sale
  • Conducts customer retention and service calls after service is completed
  • Post sales data daily
  • Properly enter sales data for new accounts
  • Keep all customer information confidential
