Hiring Immediately - As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your goal: build relationships, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales consultants. You’ll engage homeowners through outbound phone calls — educating them on Victory’s services and guiding them toward the next step in their home transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads to generate qualified appointments.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and web leads.
  • Deliver an engaging, customer-focused experience with every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity notes in our CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
