We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and takes pride in keeping orders, projects, and communication on track.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar support role (industrial experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers, systems, and order entry
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Support customers by providing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating service work
• Work closely with outside sales, field teams, and vendors to ensure jobs are executed smoothly
• Manage incoming calls and customer requests with urgency and professionalism
• Track orders from quote to completion—making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Assist with scheduling, materials, and logistics for upcoming jobs
• Identify opportunities to support customers with additional products or services
