We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support a designated sales territory in close partnership with an Outside Sales Representative. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inbound requests, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, and eager to grow into a long-term sales career. Over time, this role is designed to become the main customer contact for service-related needs, allowing the Outside Sales Representative to focus on prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
