About The Position

Inside Sales Representative ($500 Signing Bonus) Armed Forces Insurance will cover expenses for the training and testing to obtain your property and casualty personal lines license. Compensation Starting Pay $48,000-$56,000, depending on experience. We do not pay commissions. This is the hourly rate of pay. Signing Bonus To be eligible for the signing bonus, candidates must have previously passed the “Property & Casualty and Allied Lines Producer” Licensing Exam in Kansas or have completed an equivalent licensing exam in another state that meets AFI’s appointment requirements and have an active license. Work from Home Requirements This position is eligible for 50% telecommuting after initial training period and satisfactory job performance. You will receive inbound calls from potential and current insureds. You will educate insureds about our products and services, finding the best coverage for their unique needs. Ability to multitask and use multiple computer equipment and software systems needed. Requirements

• Associate's Degree, or two years of relevant work experience may be substituted for experience
