In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers—handling quotes, processing orders, and proactively keeping clients informed about shipments. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution, sales, or customer service role.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional tone and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by using your product knowledge to meet sales goals while providing exceptional service.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical details, pricing, delivery, and order status.
- Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Management to identify and execute strategies for new and existing business opportunities.
- Partner with supplier representatives and customer purchasing contacts to support ongoing sales initiatives.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales goals and profit margin targets.
- Resolve customer questions, issues, and complaints professionally and collaboratively.
