About The Position
At Longo Carpet Cleaning we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, scheduling and supporting overall sales growth through phone, email, and online communication.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
- Close sales
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
