Position Overview As an Inside Sales Omnipod Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our patient-centric mission forward by creating a culture of collaboration aimed at simplifying life for people managing their diabetes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for more than just meeting sales targets – you’ll be the key point of contact for patients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring they have a seamless experience starting with the OmniPod system. You’ll collaborate closely with field sales and internal teams to deliver the best patient experience, communicate insurance benefit guidelines and cost information, and assist patients in making informed decisions about insulin pump therapy.
