This role involves receiving and processing requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections for the Waterproofing products branch. It also includes planning and implementing telemarketing and prospecting objectives, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and supporting the Outside Sales team while adhering to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
