About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outbound sales efforts, targeted call campaigns, customer re-engagement, and account development within assigned market segments. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, recovering churned accounts, supporting strategic sales initiatives, and expanding relationships with small to mid-sized customers through phone, email, and digital outreach channels.

Requirements

  • Live in the Jacksonville FL area
  • 3–5 years of inside sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing opportunities
  • Strong phone presence, written communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling activity
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a definite plus
