Position summary but not limited to: Negotiating prices and placing orders with outside vendors Communicate with customers & appropriate staff regarding changes to delivery schedules Work with walk in customers and pull small orders Processing order payments when required Generate price quotes to customers Maintain showroom and personal workstation area in a neat & organized manner Quickly helping to solve customer complaints and problems Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Support outside sales Interacting with vendors and participate in product training
