The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound leads and existing customers into pest control services through consultative, phone-based selling. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. Success in this position requires strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This position is on-site and reports to our Chandler, AZ location.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred; candidates with customer service, sales, or customer retention experience will also be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and effectively present solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

  • Sell pest control services on the phone to new and existing customers (no cold calling).
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by presenting tailored pest control solutions
  • Comfortable handling inbound sales calls and/or making outbound calls to existing customers to upsell services or to prospects who inquired via online channels.

  • This position offers an hourly base pay of $19.00 hour , plus commission, with most team members earning between $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
