Develops profitable new business by initiating both verbal and written contacts with infrequent and first time customers, service and increase current customer base, develop and transition accounts to Outside Sales. Researches and follows-up on sales leads. Analyzes the market needs and makes pricing recommendations and sales presentations as needed. Prepares rate quotes, reports and updates the SFA/CRM system. Requires selling skills to enhance the customer's supply chain effectiveness with convenient and reliable transportation solutions.
