What you’ll do as an Inside Sales Representative: Support Outside Sales/Account Managers by prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales with new and existing accounts. Build and maintain a network of customer relationships, partnerships, and business contacts. Develop and maintain knowledge of King Electric’s current product lines and new product offerings. Easily identify and explain the ways in which our products and services are superior to our competitors. Recommend products based on the customer's application. Educate new and existing customers about new products, services, and enhancements that meet their business needs. Create quotes with pricing and technical specifications to meet customer needs. Solve customer problems and provide technical support for their heating applications. Maintain customer account records and track all sales activity in Zoho CRM. Collaborate with Sales Support Ops, Customer Service, Production, and Distribution to meet customer expectations.
